Welcome to Super Construction & Remodeling LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://superconstructionremodeling.com/ (the “Site”) and any purchase of products or services through the Site.
By accessing the Site, placing an order, requesting a quote, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using this Site, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Products, Services & Scope
We sell construction and building-related products, including but not limited to windows, doors, hardware, and related materials.
Product availability, specifications, pricing, and lead times may change without notice.
Some products may be custom, special-order, or made-to-order.
Services (if offered) are limited strictly to what is described in the product listing, invoice, or written agreement.
Any work, materials, labor, or services not expressly listed are excluded unless agreed to in writing.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that:
Product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, or specifications are error-free
Monitor displays accurately reflect real-world colors or finishes
Information is always current
We reserve the right to:
Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
Cancel or refuse orders based on incorrect pricing or information
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment must be received in full (or per stated deposit terms) before an order is processed
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel orders
Limit quantities per customer or address
Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
5. Custom & Special-Order Products (IMPORTANT)
Many construction products are custom or special-order.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Custom products cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production begins
Deposits for custom products are non-refundable
Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines are estimates only
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, weather, port delays, or supply-chain disruptions
Once products are delivered or made available for pickup, risk of loss transfers to the customer
Materials delivered to a jobsite or property become the customer’s responsibility, including theft, damage, or exposure.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales made through Super Construction & Remodeling LLC are FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of construction and building materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Stock items
Custom products
Made-to-order items
Special-order products
Clearance or discounted items
Once an order is placed and payment is received:
The order cannot be canceled
Payments and deposits are non-refundable
Items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify:
Product specifications
Sizes, dimensions, configurations
Compatibility with local building codes and project requirements
Manufacturer approvals and jurisdictional compliance
By placing an order, you acknowledge that all product details have been reviewed and approved by you prior to purchase.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is if:
A product is received damaged due to shipping, and
The damage is reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery, and
Supporting photos and documentation are provided
Any approved resolution (at our sole discretion) may be limited to repair, replacement, or freight claim assistance. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that complies with these Terms constitutes a breach of contract.
We reserve the right to:
Contest chargebacks with supporting documentation
Recover fees, administrative costs, and damages allowed by law
Suspend or terminate future purchases
8. Installation & Use Disclaimer
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
Products are sold product-only
We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Customer is responsible for verifying:
Code compliance
Local building requirements
Product suitability for their jurisdiction
Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply separately and are the sole warranties provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including:
Text, images, logos, graphics
Product descriptions
Website design
is owned by Super Construction & Remodeling LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site to:
Violate any law or regulation
Infringe intellectual property rights
Submit false or misleading information
Upload malicious code or viruses
Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site
Interfere with Site security or functionality
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
11. Third-Party Tools & Links
The Site may include links or tools provided by third parties.
We do not control third-party websites or services
Use of third-party tools is at your own risk
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices
12. User Submissions & Feedback
