This Delivery Policy explains how delivery and freight logistics are handled for all purchases made through Super Construction & Remodeling LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. DELIVERY METHODS OFFERED

Florida Truck Delivery (Only)

We do not ship products using common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.

All deliveries within Florida are performed via:

  • Company truck delivery

  • Third-party local freight truck, arranged by us

2. FLORIDA DELIVERY SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS

Delivery Location

  • Delivery is made to the front of the property only

  • We do not provide:

    • Inside delivery

    • Carry-in service

    • Stair carry

    • Installation or placement beyond curb/front access

Required Recipient Presence

  • The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery location

  • Products must be verified on the truck at time of delivery

  • Signature or confirmation may be required prior to unloading

Payment Requirement

  • All products must be paid in full prior to release

  • No delivery or unloading will occur if payment is incomplete or pending

3. MISSED DELIVERY / RESCHEDULING

If delivery is scheduled and:

  • The customer is not present, or

  • No authorized representative is available to receive the products,

Then:

  • The delivery will be rescheduled

  • The customer must pay the delivery fee again prior to the new delivery date

  • No exceptions will be made

4. DELIVERY TIMING & SCHEDULING

  • Delivery dates are scheduled in advance and are estimates

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Traffic

    • Weather

    • Manufacturer delays

    • Mechanical issues

    • Events beyond our control

Failure to accept delivery on the agreed date does not entitle the customer to refunds or credits.

5. PRODUCT INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

  • Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery

  • Any visible damage or discrepancies must be:

    • Noted before unloading

    • Reported in writing within 24 hours

  • Once products are accepted and unloaded, responsibility transfers to the customer

6. CARIBBEAN ISLANDS & EXPORT CLIENTS

Export Delivery Scope

For Caribbean and international clients, our delivery service includes ONLY:

  • Delivery of products to a local exporting or crating company in Miami, Florida

What Is NOT Included

Our freight charge does NOT include:

  • Overseas shipping

  • Ocean freight

  • Export documentation

  • Wood crating

  • Palletizing

  • Customs clearance

  • Port fees

  • Insurance

Exporting & Crating Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for hiring and paying the exporting or crating company directly

  • If the exporting company requires wood crating, those costs are not included

  • We do not coordinate, manage, or guarantee third-party exporters unless agreed in writing

7. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once:

  • Products are delivered and accepted, or

  • Products are delivered to the exporting or crating company designated by the client

8. DELIVERY FEES

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on:

    • Distance

    • Load size

    • Delivery complexity

  • Fees are non-refundable

  • Rescheduled deliveries require new delivery fees

9. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You understand and agree to this Delivery Policy

  • You have made arrangements for proper receipt of goods

  • You accept responsibility once delivery is completed
