By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of construction materials, building products, and special-order items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any products, including but not limited to:

  • Stock items

  • Custom products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted items

Once payment is received:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Payments and deposits are non-refundable

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & ORDER VERIFICATION

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully review and confirm all order details before submitting payment, including but not limited to:

  • Product dimensions and measurements

  • Frame color, glass type, tint, and finish

  • Swing direction, hinge placement, and configuration

  • Product compatibility with local building codes and project requirements

Super Construction & Remodeling LLC is not responsible for errors made by the customer, including incorrect measurements, selections, or specifications.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

No Cancellations Accepted

Because orders may enter processing, allocation, or production immediately:

  • Order cancellations or modifications are not permitted

  • This applies to all items, including stock products

  • No exceptions will be made once payment is submitted

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery or pickup.

To be considered for resolution:

  • Damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and documentation must be provided

  • Damage must be noted on delivery paperwork when applicable

If verified by us:

  • We may, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the affected product

  • No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Damage caused by handling after delivery, improper storage, or installation is not covered.

5. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from this Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance

  • Structural movement, impact damage, or environmental conditions are excluded

  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated

6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that complies with this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions constitutes a breach of contract.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks with documentation

  • Recover processing fees, administrative costs, and damages allowed by law

  • Restrict or block future purchases

7. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase through our website or invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
