At Super Construction and Remodeling LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality construction materials, remodeling products, and professional services. Due to the nature of our business and to ensure product integrity, all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, including stock items, special orders, or custom-made products.

2. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm:

All product dimensions and measurements
Frame color, glass type, and finish options
Hinge placement, swing direction, and operation type

Super Construction and Remodeling LLC is not responsible for customer errors in measurements, selections, or configurations.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
All cancellations within that timeframe are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs.
After 24 hours, no cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted, as materials may already be ordered or in production.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All items must be inspected upon delivery by the client. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be acknowledged on-site in the presence of a company representative. Only items reported and verified at the time of delivery will be eligible for replacement.

Upon verification, we will repair or replace the affected product at no cost to you.
No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

All applicable products are covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Please note:

- Improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance voids the warranty.
- Damages caused by improper installation or external conditions (such as structure movement or impact) are not covered.
